  • Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper licenses and permissions for all video or image content uploaded to Manzeall.
  • If any host uploads content sourced from influencers, creators, or third parties, Manzeall is not liable for any copyright infringement.
  • Upon notification of a valid legal complaint, we will review and may remove infringing content.

8. Third-Party Booking Links and Payment

Manzeall does not host or process bookings or payments.

  • Any links to third-party payment gateways or reservation systems are provided by hosts.
  • We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee these links.
  • Manzeall shall not be held liable for any losses, frauds, or disputes arising from external transactions initiated via the Platform.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary for:

  • Delivering the services you requested
  • Complying with legal or tax obligations
  • Resolving disputes or enforcing agreements

Upon request, your data can be deleted, subject to exceptions where required by law.
